Instead of manually managing job postings on each site, Expertini's AI engine places your jobs across 7 partner networks simultaneously, allocating your budget to the channels delivering the best results. You set a maximum bid per click and the AI ensures you never exceed it.

Your campaign has two hard limits. First, your maximum bid per click — the AI never charges more than this per valid click. Second, an optional total budget cap — when this amount is reached the campaign automatically pauses. Any clicks that were ordered but not delivered before expiry or cancellation are fully refunded via Stripe. There is no overspend risk.

Expertini distributes to seven major networks: the Expertini network itself (1.2M+ monthly users across 251 countries and 45+ niche career platforms), Jobg8, Appcast, Google Dynamic Job Ads, Microsoft/Bing Dynamic, [Indeed Sponsored and LinkedIn Sponsored (Coming Soon)] and others. You can select all networks or choose specific ones when setting up a campaign.

Every click passes through seven independent validation checks before it is counted: referrer verification, UTM key format validation, active order lookup, expiry and budget cap checks, bot and user-agent detection, IP address validation, and a 24-hour SHA256 deduplication check. A new Layer 7 also flags clicks from countries that do not match your campaign's target country. Fraudulent clicks are logged for partner accountability but are never charged to your budget.

Yes. Active campaigns can be paused and resumed at any time from your orders dashboard. If you cancel a campaign, any undelivered clicks are calculated and refunded via Stripe automatically. The refund is processed immediately and typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

As soon as your Stripe payment is confirmed, your jobs are immediately marked as sponsored in the Expertini index and picked up by partner networks. The programmatic XML feed is regenerated every 30 minutes, so your jobs typically appear across all partner networks within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

You can target by country (determined by your account's country), experience level (any, entry, mid, senior, or executive), education level (any, high school, bachelor's, master's, or PhD), and custom target keywords. The AI uses these parameters to prioritise distribution to candidates who most closely match your requirements, improving your click-to-application conversion rate.

From your orders dashboard, click the 📄 report button on any campaign. This generates a branded PDF report showing clicks ordered, clicks delivered, clicks remaining, applications received, budget consumption, cost per application, delivery rate, and fraud protection activity. Reports can be downloaded at any time and reflect live data at the moment of generation.
